• Validate and approve all trade captures for various instruments • Mentor junior staff on derivative strategies and operations • Conduct daily reconciliations between HOOPP and custodians • Serve as the first point of escalation for complex issues • Assist in coordinating audit processes for the Securities Operations team
Requirements: • Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline • Enrollment in CFA or similar qualified program • Minimum 7 years of capital markets experience • Extensive knowledge of derivative and fixed income instruments • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
