Qualifications

- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
- Experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic with a strong knowledge on Caterpillar mining equipment
- 3rd or 4th year Heavy Duty Mechanic apprentices may be considered based on experience

Important Detail

This shop position is on a 14x14 or 7x7 shift rotation based out of our Fort McKay facility A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator

Union Membership

You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement. Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current collective agreement
