FIFO, Camp, 14/14 - $70/hr - Heavy Equipment Technicians - Thunder Bay, ON

Levert is hiring Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technicians for a long-term open-pit gold mining operation in Northwestern Ontario. Technicians will repair, maintain, overhaul, diagnose, and rebuild heavy mining equipment while working a 14/14 rotation. The opportunity includes paid FIFO flights, camp accommodations and meals, plus two weeks of OEM onsite training. Ideal candidates are Red Seal Journeypersons with hands-on heavy equipment repair and maintenance experience.

What you’ll need:





- Red Seal Journeyperson Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work in an inclusive setting
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work comfortably at heights
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
