POSITION

Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Helper for our Montreal Plant.

SCOPE OF POSITION

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the helper is responsible for ensuring that the press is properly supplied with materials at the start of each production order and for following the instructions provided by the Press Operator.

Given the food industry customers served by Hood Packaging and the risks associated with our manufacturing activities, the incumbent must commit to complying with all quality and safety policies to ensure the continued maintenance of SQF certification.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS





- Familiarity with SQF and HACCP principles.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and promote teamwork.
- Honesty, motivation, discipline, energy, and punctuality.
- Strong ability to prioritize, with a sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Collaborative, available, good judgment, self-motivated, proactive, methodical, organized, and versatile.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
