HBM Building Maintenance Ltd. is currently hiring High-Rise Window Cleaners (HRWC) to join our team for projects throughout the GTA.

Previous high-rise window cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

- Perform exterior window and glass cleaning on high-rise buildings
- Assist with high-rise cleaning operations using appropriate equipment and safety systems
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
- Properly use PPE and fall protection equipment
- Work closely with experienced crew members and supervisors
- Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism on site
- Travel to various job sites throughout the GTA

Requirements
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Willing and able to learn high-rise window cleaning techniques
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Physically capable of performing outdoor and physically demanding work
- Able to work as part of a team




- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous high-rise window cleaning or construction experience is an asset, but not required

Certifications Working at Heights, WHMIS, and other required training/certifications are considered assets. Candidates must be willing to complete any required training before performing applicable high-rise work.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on project requirements and weather conditions.

Expected Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours per week

Work Location: In person – Various job sites throughout the GTA

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
