Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and document accordingly

• Participate in orientation and training of new staff
Requirements:
• Current LPN license from BCCNM
• Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Solid verbal and written English skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care
