We are seeking a motivated and energetic Non-Registered Massage Therapist (Non-RMT) to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients, supporting their relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. Duties

- Welcome clients warmly and guide them through their treatment experience with clear communication and professionalism
- Assist clients in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques or therapies
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and proper sanitation of equipment
- Maintain detailed client records, including treatment notes and preferences, respecting confidentiality




- Support the scheduling process by managing appointments efficiently and confirming bookings
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to maximize advantages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and uphold high standards of service

Requirements

- Strong understanding of basic medical terminology related to massage therapy and wellness services
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client questions or concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for helping others thrive
