At Bronte Wellness Boutique, we take a completely different approach to skincare.

We don’t believe excellent skin starts with simply booking a facial.

It starts with understanding the person, their skin, their lifestyle and what they are doing at home.

That’s why clients don’t simply choose a facial from a menu and arrive for a treatment. Our Holistic Aesthetician begins with a skin consultation—taking the time to understand each client’s concerns, current routine, products, lifestyle and goals.

From there, you help establish the right homecare foundation and develop an individualized skin health plan.

The goal isn’t a one-time facial. It’s to create a thoughtful skin health journey that combines customized treatments, homecare, education and ongoing support.

We are fortunate to have an exceptional Holistic Aesthetician already on our team whose schedule is in high demand.

As our community continues to grow, we want to ensure our patients have greater access to the same level of thoughtful, personalized care.

For that reason, we’re looking to welcome another exceptional Holistic Aesthetician to our team.

We are not looking to simply fill a schedule—and we are not in a hurry to fill this position.

Finding the right person matters far more to us than filling the role quickly.

We’re looking for someone whose philosophy, professionalism and approach to client care align naturally with Bronte Wellness and the standard of care our patients have come to expect.

A Different Compensation Model This is not a traditional hourly aesthetician position.

The role is compensated on a percentage split, allowing your earning potential to grow with the practice you build.

We intentionally structure the position this way because we believe practitioners should benefit directly from the value they provide.

Rather than limiting your earning potential to an hourly wage, the split model gives you the opportunity to earn more for your time while building a loyal clientele—with the infrastructure and support of an established clinic behind you.
