We are looking for a Hospital Project Coordinator who can support the planning and delivery of hospital initiatives, coordinate cross functional teams, and keep projects moving efficiently from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Coordinate project schedules, milestones, documentation, meetings, and follow up activities.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with clinical, administrative, facilities, finance, information technology, and external partners to coordinate project requirements.

Project Documentation: Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting records, timelines, risk registers, and other project documentation.

Progress Monitoring:



Track deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and outstanding action items while communicating potential issues to appropriate stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication: Organize project meetings and provide clear updates to hospital departments, project teams, and management.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, administrative processes, and project coordination practices.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, healthcare administration, hospital operations, business operations, or a related field.

Education: Post secondary education in healthcare administration, business administration, project management, health services, or a related discipline.

Project Skills: Experience coordinating multiple activities, deadlines, stakeholders, and project deliverables.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both clinical and administrative teams.

Organization: Excellent time management and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Technology: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, project tracking tools, scheduling platforms, and electronic documentation systems.

Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare organization, medical facility, or healthcare services environment is an asset.

Pay: $4,952.00-$6,000.00 per month
