Bradley and MFT.ResponsibilitiesHR Policies /Procedures - Develop / Implement / Administer human resources plans and procedures for all location personnelCommunications - Coordinate employee communication to promote employee understanding of programs, policies and objectivesEmployee / Labour Relations - Counsel supervisory personnel on employee relation matters, including employee discipline and resolution of employee grievancesRecruitment and Selection - Conduct recruitment effort for open positions and support hiring managers in the selection processCompensation - Ensure uniform interpretation and application of wage and salary policy to provide internally equitable employee compensationTraining and Development - Assist in identifying training needs and work with corporate training team to implement programsEngagement - Organize employee engagement activitiesBenefits - Perform benefits administration and communicating benefits information to employeesPerformance Management - Coordinate performance reviews and performance improvement processes for all employeesCareer and Succession (C&S;) - Coordinate C&S; cycles, local people development committeesRecord Keeping - Establish and maintain adequate personnel records for past and present employeesGoal Setting - Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systemsCompliance - Maintain compliance with provincial and federal regulations concerning employmentRequirementsCPHR or an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of HR principles, policies,
