• Supervise operations of water treatment systems • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations • Lead operational staff through coaching and mentoring • Monitor maintenance plans and optimize processes • Manage operational budgets and contractor performance

Requirements: • 5-7 years experience in water utilities • 1 year supervisory experience in unionized settings • Class III Treatment and Class IV Distribution certifications • Strong leadership and project management skills • Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
