Be a Ski Patrol member with Northland Properties, focused on guest safety and emergency response at Grouse Mountain. Your first aid skills and mountain experience will be essential in this role.

As part of the Mountain Operations team, you’ll directly contribute to creating a safe skiing environment. This seasonal, part time, or full-time role requires you to provide first aid, manage ski area safety measures, and educate others on best practices. If you have extensive skiing experience and a desire to support guest safety, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide immediate first aid to guests and staff • Oversee opening and closing of ski runs • Set up and maintain safety fencing and signage • Take daily weather observations for safety protocols • Engage in avalanche management and education efforts

Requirements: • 80-hour first aid certification necessary • Must be skilled in skiing/snowboarding • Strong knowledge of risk management practices • Previous experience with a ski patrol is preferable • Flexible working hours required due to weather conditions
