As a permanent member of the Technology & Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating leasing agreements for transmission facilities across Canada. Collaborating closely with senior management and various departments, you'll gather critical information to present transactional summaries and draft agreements for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze telecommunication site applications for operational needs
• Prepare presentations and responses to municipalities and tower owners
• Liaise with Legal,



Risk Management, and Finance teams for negotiations
• Administer lease functions and ensure timely approvals
• Manage multiple projects while monitoring transactions
Requirements:
• University degree in business management or related field
• 4-5 years of real estate negotiation experience
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Bilingual in English and French
