As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and waitlists, providing accurate wait times to guests.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and taking reservations with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess area, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Assist with takeout and delivery orders by ensuring orders are complete and correctly packaged.
- Support food running
- Ensure appropriate condiments, sauces, sides, and accompaniments are included before orders leave the kitchen.
- Communicate clearly with BOH regarding missing items, incorrect dishes, modifications, and order priorities
- Review orders before they leave the kitchen for accuracy, presentation, modifications, sides, and completeness

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per year
