We are looking for an experienced Spa Technician to join our service team!
We are looking for a reliable, punctual and motivated technician who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and is comfortable working independently in the field.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Previous experience working with all types of hot tubs and swim spas
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful and self-motivated – able to identify and resolve issues in the field
- Good mechanical and technical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, punctual and reliable
- Comfortable working Monday to Saturday
- Able to work independently while also being part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hot tubs and swim spas
- Troubleshoot pumps, heaters, controls, plumbing,
jets and electrical components
- Perform installations, repairs and warranty service
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repairs and recommendations
- Complete service reports and keep accurate notes
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
