Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee guest services to guarantee a positive experience, addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Monitor hotel budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities through effective resource management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and hotel policies at all times.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors,



and community partners to enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase occupancy rates and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in the hospitality industry or hotel management roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests.
- Experience in budgeting, human resources management, and front desk operations.
- Knowledge of hotel operations systems and phone etiquette best practices.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred; candidates with hospitality backgrounds will thrive in this energetic environment.
