Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas within our hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.





Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
