We are looking for an experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This position is for an individual with proven, hands-on maintenance experience who can demonstrate their skills through quality workmanship. We are not looking for someone who can simply describe their abilities during an interview—we need someone who has the experience and knowledge to diagnose and complete repairs efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience The successful candidate must have experience with:

- Painting and qualified-quality touch-ups.
- Re-caulking bathtubs, showers, sinks, and other areas.
- Drywall repairs, patching, and finishing.
- Wallpaper installation and repairs.
- General plumbing repairs.
- Repairing sinks and replacing sink drains.
- Replacing bathtub drains.
- Repairing and replacing faucets.
- Diagnosing and repairing minor plumbing leaks.
- Basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting, within applicable qualifications and safety requirements.
- HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and making appropriate repairs in a timely manner.
- General repairs and maintenance throughout guest rooms, public areas, and the property.

Hands-On Experience Is a Must We want someone who can actually do the work, not simply talk about it.

Previous hotel or building maintenance experience is required.



The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate practical skills and complete repairs to a professional standard.

We are not looking for a “YouTuber” who needs to search online or watch videos to figure out how to perform basic maintenance repairs. We need an experienced maintenance professional who already understands the work, can diagnose problems, determine the appropriate solution, and complete the repair correctly and in a timely manner.
