If you’re a RIBO licensed Personal Lines CSR working in a brokerage, this is a chance to step into a house accounts role focused on service, retention, and relationship management (not heavy sales pressure). We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage and service a book of personal lines house accounts
- Handle renewals, remarketing, and quoting in line with carrier guidelines
- Process endorsements, policy changes, and client requests
- Respond to clients quickly with a strong service mindset
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with insurers and underwriters
- Support Producers and collaborate across the team
- Maintain accurate documentation in your BMS (PowerBroker)

Must-Haves (You Will Not Be Considered Without These)

- ✅ Active RIBO license
- ✅ 2+ years of personal lines experience in a brokerage
- ✅ Strong experience with renewals, remarketing, and servicing
