Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Team Member, serving as both a Housekeeper and Front Desk Attendant. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they experience exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services using telephone and Online.
- Support front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, and billing accurately and promptly..
- Clean and sanitize guest suites, including bedrooms, bathroooms, balconies, closets, and furnishings.
- Make beds with fresh linens and replace towels, and bathroom amenities.
- Maintain housekeeping cart and euipment in clean, protected working order, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchenettes, including appliance, cabinets, utensils, and cutlery, and replace kitchen amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, wipe floors, clean windows, ledges, doors, and balconies/patios.




- Dust and polish furniture, mirrors, lamps, and other fixtures, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and free from debris.
- Empty trash bins and vacuum bags, ensuring rooms are fresh and guest ready.
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating professionalism, positive attitude, and attentiveness in all interactions.
- Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for hospitality, guest services, and creating memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
