Hotel Supervisor

Overview

Richca Hotel Group is seeking a reliable, guest-focused, and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team in Chilliwack, BC.

This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for supporting daily hotel operations, supervising team members, assisting guests, and maintaining service standards.

- Richca Heritage Hotel – 45886 Wellington Ave, Chilliwack, BC V2P 2C6

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily hotel operations and support team members
- Provide training and guidance to front desk and resort staff
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and inquiries
- Respond professionally to guest concerns and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest needs
- Monitor reservations through hotel systems, Expedia, Booking.com, and other platforms
- Complete daily checklists, shift reports, inventory reports and basic administrative duties
- Conduct room and property inspections when required
- Assist with laundry, bedding, linen handling, and room preparation when operationally required
- Ensure hotel policies, cleanliness, safety, and guest service standards are followed

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a hotel, restaurant, food service,



or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and reservation systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to provide hands-on operational support when needed
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Previous hotel front desk experience, PMS/OTA experience, and additional language skills are considered assets. Why Join Us?
