Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency
- Prepare light meals or snacks when needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to accommodate client requests
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times




- Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly to supervisors for quick resolution

Requirements

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with strong attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
