Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper/Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, windows, furniture, and floors to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by cleaning and organizing to uphold the facility’s pristine appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.




- Adhere to hotel policies regarding hygiene standards, privacy, and security procedures at all times.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain overall property excellence.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
- Demonstrated professionalism with a friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or holidays as required.
