Overview

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, protected, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness, laundry care, and guest satisfaction.

Previous experience in hospitality, hotel housekeeping, laundry services, custodial services, or industrial cleaning is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to company standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, replenish amenities, and restock supplies as needed
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other laundry items
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while following proper handling procedures
- Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize surfaces, and clean windows to ensure a spotless and hygienic guest room environment
- Ensure all guest rooms are properly prepared and presentable for arrivals and stays
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations within hospitality and cleaning environments
- Provide friendly and professional service while interacting with guests and team members
- Maintain housekeeping carts,



laundry areas, storage rooms, and cleaning equipment in an organized manner
- Support team members and contribute to efficient daily operations

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, laundry services, custodial work, industrial cleaning, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Training will be provided for motivated candidates willing to learn
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, laundry equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning and laundry tasks throughout shifts
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

This position is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in Canada. Applicants must have valid work authorization at the time of application and throughout employment.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
