The Ontario Learning Development
Foundation is looking for enthusiastic candidates, either graduated or currently enrolled in HR programs. This role allows you to engage in recruitment tasks, assist in employee onboarding, and support the HR team in managing diverse administrative functions. Enhance your skills while contributing to a mission-centered organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage virtual recruitment processes and coordinate schedules
- Assist in onboarding procedures and training new hires
- Maintain comprehensive employee files and internal databases
- Build external relations with prospective candidates
- Support the HR Department with reports and correspondence Requirements:
- Recent graduate or current student in Human Resources
- Understanding of employment regulations and recruitment practices
- MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel and Word
- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
