This role focuses on delivering exceptional engineering leadership for automotive electrical motor projects. You will engage in design concept creation, conduct feasibility studies, and evaluate motor specifications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll tackle technical challenges to achieve successful product launches and adhere to stringent regulations.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop electrical motor product projects with detailed designs • Create and assess motor drawings, DFMEA,



and DVP&R; documents • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers • Troubleshoot technical issues within core teams • Ensure compliance with audit deliverables

Requirements: • 5+ years in PMDC brush motor or electromagnetic design • BS Degree in a relevant field • Experience with automotive industry procedures (APQP, FMEA) • Knowledge of NVH issue resolution and relevant software • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
