Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Christmas Kettle operations and volunteer management
• Recruit, train, and assess kettle workers for effectiveness
• Arrange delivery and collection of kettles daily
• Address conflicts and ensure fluid operations at sites
• Represent The Salvation Army positively in public interactions
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract
• Experience in office administration and communication
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Prior kettle campaign experience is a plus
