Role Description

- Handle recruitment and initial screening of cleaners and operational staff.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate trial shifts and onboarding.
- Communicate with employees regarding attendance, work arrangements and general HR matters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee concerns, follow-ups and basic employee relations.




- Communicate company policies and updates in English and Spanish.
- Support management with HR administration and reporting.
- Assist with recruitment postings and simple Canva/social media content.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Spanish – MUST.
- Tagalog and/or Hindi is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, staffing or a related role.
- Experience recruiting or coordinating frontline/service workers is an advantage.
- Cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, facilities or similar industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, responsible and valuable at following up.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
