We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario .

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, Central Region, this role will partner with operations and provide HR support across 3 GTA facilities.

What you’ll be doing:

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Support employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Lead local employee engagement initiatives and coordinate the engagement committee
- Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits administration
- Support HR reporting, workforce metrics, audits, and compliance
- Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
- Support Health & Safety programs, JHSC activities, WSIB claims, accommodations, and return-to-work programs
- Act as a key liaison with Payroll for employee changes and payroll-related inquiries
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives across the organization

What we’re looking for:

- 2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines




- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- CHRP designation or working toward it is an asset
- Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Hands-on, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels
