Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager based out of Koch Ford Lincoln, while also overseeing DK Ford in Leduc. As a Human Resources Manager for Koch Automotive Group, you will be the resource person for all HR, safety, and benefits-related questions, processes, and issues. The ideal candidate is personable, approachable, compassionate, and driven to provide a positive experience for our employees and exceptional support for our managers. To be successful in this role, you need to be resourceful, collaborative, detail-oriented, and have a passion for people.

Primary Human Resources Responsibilities

- Lead HR programs, services, and strategies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, employment law, recruitment, and engagement strategies.
- Prepare reports, conduct research, and support special projects as required, while continually striving to enhance the quality and efficiency of HR services within the Auto Group.
- Carry out day-to-day Human Resources functions, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees; manage employee records, attendance records, and employee requests; and provide support to the payroll function.

Primary Benefits Responsibilities





- Coordinate employee benefit and pension administration. This includes enrolling and terminating employees, calculating premiums, reconciling various benefit statements and remittances, entering salary, dependant, and class changes, and managing disability and WCB claims.

Primary Safety Responsibilities

- Oversee our Safety Programs and lead our Safety Committee, ensuring we are compliant in all areas of Occupational Health & Safety and safety best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in employment law, dispute resolution, recruitment, and employee life cycle management.
- A diploma or certificate from an accredited Human Resources or Business Administration program.
- Valid Driver’s License (travel to other stores may be required).
- Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity for creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage with employees and managers at every level.
- Ability to continually adapt to the needs of our business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: $65,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
