NexGen Mechanical Inc. is an HVAC Company in Saskatoon focusing on commercial installation, maintenance, and repairs. We currently have an opening for an experienced dispatch officer.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Duties Include

Answering telephones and being the first line of response for our customers.

Manage and co-ordinate scheduling utilizing our in-house developed dispatch software.

Dispatching, scheduling, and monitoring technicians work throughout the day, ensuring productivity.

Ensuring technicians have the information required to complete each job.

Provide administrative and office support including client invoicing and service order review.

Contacting customers to attain information including bill payments and purchase orders.

Contacting subcontractors and aligning subcontractor schedules with technician schedules.

Working closely with project management to ensure proper scheduling to meet deadlines is attained.

Miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications





Strong computer background and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (in English), an aptitude for numbers, and the ability to think logically.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Positive demeanor with a solid understanding of business professionalism.

The ability to handle a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
