Service Coordinator

Tebby Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Coordinator to join our team.

We’re seeking someone who is excellent with people, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow with our company. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and service technicians to provide product and service information, coordinate daily activities, and help resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Coordinate service technicians’ daily schedules and activities
- Order repair parts for service calls and follow up with customers as required
- Document and maintain accurate customer records
- Manage warranty claims and product returns
- Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services
- Assist with inventory management
- Support the service team in resolving customer and technical issues

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, HVAC, or a related field




- Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning and developing technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
