We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install High Effective HVAC systems from start to finish for residential and commercial customers. If you are a dependable, customer-focused technician with strong troubleshooting and installation skills, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of HVAC systems
- Install new High Efficient HVAC systems and components as needed
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety standards
- Provide detailed and accurate service reports
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service performed and any recommendations




- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and company vehicle

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of High Efficient HVAC systems, diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
