In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of equipment such as boilers, appliances, and schematics, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, fireplaces and ventilation equipment.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as water heater installations and system inspections to ensure proper water flow and drainage.
- Conduct welding as needed for system repairs or modifications to ensure secure fittings and durable connections.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Maintain appliances by identifying faults, replacing parts, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
- Install duct work as per customer supplied drawings.




- Collaborate with construction teams during upgrades of HVAC and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a solid background in mechanical systems maintenance.
- Skilled in plumbing work, welding techniques, boiler operation, appliance repair, and reading schematics.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including installation, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately for precise repairs.
- Mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety protocols and quality workmanship.
- Valid certifications related to HVAC or mechanical work are necessary as is a valid drivers license.
