Key Responsibilities: • Support the Crew Leader in project management • Mentor current team members through hands-on training • Assist in hardscape and softscape installations • Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely • Ensure job sites are clean and compliant with safety measures

Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the field • In-depth knowledge of landscape materials and installation • Skilled in operating construction machinery • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Initiative and ability to lead by example
