Reporting to the AVP, you will collaborate with business leaders to ensure strategic alignment and effective stakeholder engagement throughout change processes. Your visionary approach will drive the organization's change readiness and capacity.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and enhance change management strategy • Facilitate executive alignment on transformation initiatives • Assess change impacts and organizational readiness • Coach leaders on effective change leadership • Maintain a consolidated portfolio view for change initiatives

Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in change management • Financial Services or Insurance background preferred • Expertise in stakeholder engagement practices • Solid leadership and team development skills • Ability to navigate complex environments
