Key Responsibilities:
• Provide medication administration with a focus on accuracy
• Collaborate with the Neighbourhood Physician during rounds
• Assist residents in making informed care decisions

Requirements:
• Registered RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Level of CPR certification required
• Previous experience in dementia care preferred
• Awareness of industry health standards and policies
• Strong communication and documentation skills
