• Provide timely legal advice for complex investment activities • Draft and negotiate investment-related agreements • Anticipate legal needs and shape business strategies • Supervise external legal and diligence advisors • Identify and mitigate legal risks in transactions

Requirements: • Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and bar qualification in B.C. • Over 7 years of transactional experience • Expertise in capital markets and investment transactions • Robust communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of global regulatory processes
