IBMS (Operative BMS) SME – Techno-Functional Analyst - L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS)

Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

6-12 months

Role Descriptions

Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment.

Troubleshoot issues in scheduling| ad sales| traffic| and billing modules.

Handle incidents| service requests| and user queries via ticketing tools

Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting| data validation| and fixes

Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherence

Support user access| configurations| and minor enhancements

Work closely with sales| traffic| finance| and technical teams

Essential Skills

Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system

Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling| ad sales| traffic| billing)

Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)

Experience in helpdesk / EUC support workplace

Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar tools

Strong analytical| problem-solving| and communication skills

Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI| VPN| etc.)Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
