Role Descriptions

Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environmentTroubleshoot issues in scheduling| ad sales| traffic| and billing modulesHandle incidents| service requests| and user queries via ticketing toolsPerform SQL-based database troubleshooting| data validation| and fixesInvestigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issuesConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherenceSupport user access| configurations| and minor enhancementsWork closely with sales| traffic| finance| and technical teams

Essential Skills: Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS systemKnowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling| ad sales| traffic| billing)Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environmentFamiliarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar toolsStrong analytical| problem-solving| and communication skillsUnderstanding of infrastructure / EUC setting (VDI| VPN| etc.)Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
