Intelcom is looking for an IDC Business Partner to support and develop our network of Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs) across Western Canada. This is a unique opportunity to combine relationship management, operational leadership, performance coaching, capacity planning, and strategic partnership development.

In this role, you will: ✅ Build and maintain trusted relationships with delivery partners and internal stakeholders

✅ Drive performance through KPI monitoring, business reviews, and action plans

✅ Support capacity planning, partner onboarding, and network growth strategies

✅ Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to meet delivery demands

✅ Coach partners through operational challenges, change initiatives, and performance improvements

✅ Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across the network





✅ Travel regularly to engage with stations, partners, and frontline teams

We're looking for professionals with experience in: ✔ Vendor, contractor, franchisee, or partner management

✔ Logistics, transportation, supply chain, or field operations

✔ KPI-driven performance management and business reviews

✔ Stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution

✔ Capacity planning and operational problem-solving
