Immigration Application Filing Support Specialist – Experienced Only

Sia Immigration Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced Immigration Application Filing Support qualified to assist with Canadian immigration files.

This is not an entry-level or fresher position. Applicants must have previous hands-on experience preparing and managing Canadian immigration applications.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and organize immigration applications and supporting documents.
- Review client documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Complete forms, checklists and application packages.
- Follow up with clients for required documents and information.
- Maintain accurate file notes and application records.
- Assist with different temporary and permanent residence applications.
- Track deadlines and application progress.
- Work closely with the immigration team on active client files.

Important The selected candidate will work under the direction and supervision of an authorized RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant). This position is for application preparation and administrative filing support and does not independently provide Canadian immigration advice or representation.

Requirements

- Previous Canadian immigration filing experience is mandatory.




- Strong knowledge of immigration forms, documentation and online filing processes.
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple files.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Freshers / beginners / candidates without practical immigration filing experience should not apply.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
