Job Overview The successful candidate will:

- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, with a primary focus on converting inquiries into booked consultations with our immigration specialists;
- Speak with prospective clients, identify the general nature of their immigration needs and schedule consultations;
- Greet and assist clients and visitors arriving at our office;
- Assist our Immigration Case Managers with various administrative and immigration-related tasks;
- Follow up with prospective clients when required;
- Maintain accurate client and appointment information; and
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

Applicants MUST:

- Be fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Have knowledge of Canadian immigration law, programs and procedures;
- Possess excellent telephone and interpersonal skills;
- Be professional, organized and comfortable dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds;
- Have strong communication and customer-service skills;
- Be comfortable working in a rapid-paced professional office environment; and
- Be available to work on-site at our office.

téléphonique en immigration (ATI) au sein de notre cabinet spécialisé en immigration.

Responsabilités La personne retenue devra notamment :

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques de façon professionnelle et courtoise, avec comme objectif principal de convertir les demandes de renseignements en consultations avec nos spécialistes en immigration;
- Communiquer avec les clients potentiels, identifier de façon générale leurs besoins en matière d’immigration et fixer des rendez-vous de consultation;
- Accueillir et assister les clients et visiteurs qui se présentent à nos bureaux;
- Assister nos gerants de dossiers d’immigration dans diverses tâches administratives et liées aux dossiers d’immigration;
- Effectuer des suivis auprès de clients potentiels lorsque nécessaire;
- Maintenir des renseignements exacts concernant les clients et les rendez-vous; et
- Offrir en tout temps un excellent service à la clientèle.

Exigences Les candidats doivent obligatoirement :

- Être parfaitement bilingues en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Posséder une bonne connaissance des lois, programmes et procédures en matière d’immigration canadienne;
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes téléphoniques et interpersonnelles;
- Être professionnels, organisés et à l’aise avec une clientèle diversifiée;
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle;
- Être capables de travailler efficacement dans un environnement professionnel au rythme soutenu; et
- Être disponibles pour travailler en présentiel à nos bureaux.

Une expérience préalable au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats ou de consultants spécialisé en immigration canadienne constitue un atout important.
