Ce rôle fait le pont entre le plancher d'usine et le logiciel : vous accompagnerez nos clients dans l'implantation de notre plateforme GMAO, Guide Ti, tout en les aidant à adopter de meilleures pratiques de maintenance.

- Poste 100 % en télétravail
- Déplacements occasionnels chez les clients (principalement au Québec, ailleurs au Canada et aux États-Unis) selon les besoins des projets
- Bilinguisme français-anglais obligatoire

CE RÔLE EST-IL POUR VOUS?

Ce poste exige une expérience concrète en maintenance industrielle, en fiabilité ou en gestion d'actifs. Il ne convient pas aux candidat(e)s dont le parcours est exclusivement axé sur les TI, le déploiement de logiciels, les ERP ou l'implantation générale de systèmes.

Si vous avez travaillé au sein d'un département de maintenance comme planificateur, coordonnateur, superviseur, spécialiste en fiabilité ou super-utilisateur GMAO, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.

Ce rôle est particulièrement adapté aux personnes ayant occupé les fonctions suivantes :

- Planificateur(-trice), responsable de l'ordonnancement, coordonnateur(-trice) ou superviseur(e) de maintenance
- Super-utilisateur(-trice) ou administrateur(-trice) GMAO
- Spécialiste ou ingénieur(e) en fiabilité
- Consultant(e) GMAO/GEA offrant un soutien direct aux équipes de maintenance

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS
- Soutenir les implantations de Guide Ti chez les nouveaux clients et les clients existants, de l'analyse des besoins jusqu'à la mise en service
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins des clients liés aux opérations de maintenance et à la gestion des actifs, puis participer à la configuration du système selon leurs processus
- Animer et participer à des ateliers avec les équipes de maintenance, d'opérations, d'approvisionnement, de magasin et des TI
- Soutenir la mise en place des actifs, des équipements, des programmes de maintenance préventive, des flux de bons de travail, des rapports, des indicateurs de performance (KPI), ainsi que la migration et la validation des données
- Offrir la formation aux utilisateurs,



soutenir l'adoption de la solution et produire les guides d'implantation et la documentation
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos outils et méthodes d'implantation

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ De 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants :
- Maintenance industrielle ou planification de la maintenance
- Fiabilité ou gestion d'actifs
- Administration ou soutien à l'implantation d'une GMAO/GEA dans un environnement de maintenance

Compétences :
- Bonne connaissance des meilleures pratiques en maintenance et en fiabilité, notamment la maintenance préventive, les bons de travail, la planification, l'ordonnancement et la gestion des données d'actifs
- Bilinguisme français-anglais obligatoire; l'espagnol est un atout
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en analyse, avec une approche orientée client adaptée à un environnement de consultation
- Aisance avec la configuration de systèmes, les rapports et les données
- Souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les échéanciers

ATOUTS
- Expérience avec Guide Ti ou une solution GMAO/GEA similaire
- Expérience en animation de formations ou d'ateliers
- Connaissance de Power BI ou d'autres outils d'intelligence d'affaires
- Compréhension des processus d'approvisionnement et de gestion des magasins
- Connaissance des concepts d'IoT ou de maintenance prédictive

Have you worked in maintenance planning, reliability, or CMMS administration — and want to put that hands-on experience to work helping other organizations improve?

This role bridges the shop floor and software: you'll guide customers through implementing our CMMS platform, Guide Ti, while helping them adopt better maintenance practices.

LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS

- 100% remote position
- Occasional travel to client sites (primarily in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, and the USA) depending on project needs
- Bilingual French and English is mandatory
- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Canada

IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?

This role requires direct, hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or asset management operations. It isn't a fit for candidates whose background is exclusively in IT, software deployment, ERP consulting, or general systems implementation.

If you've worked inside a maintenance department — as a planner, coordinator, supervisor, reliability specialist, or CMMS super user — we'd love to hear from you.

This role is especially well suited to candidates who have worked as:

- Maintenance Planner, Scheduler, Coordinator, or Supervisor
- CMMS Super User or Administrator (within a maintenance department)
- Reliability Specialist or Reliability Engineer
- CMMS/EAM Consultant supporting maintenance teams

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support Guide Ti implementations for new and existing customers, from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and go-live
- Gather and analyze customer requirements related to maintenance operations and asset management, and configure the system to match their workflows
- Lead and participate in workshops with maintenance, operations, procurement, storeroom, and IT teams
- Support setup of asset and equipment records, preventive maintenance programs, work order workflows, reporting, KPI tracking, and data migration/validation
- Deliver user training and adoption support, and create implementation guides and documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation tools and methods

WHAT YOU BRING 2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Industrial maintenance or maintenance planning
- Reliability or asset management
- CMMS/EAM administration or implementation support within a maintenance environment

Skills:
- Working knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices, including preventive maintenance, work orders, planning and scheduling, and asset data management
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (mandatory); Spanish is an asset
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with a customer-focused mindset suited to a consulting environment
- Comfort working with system configuration, reporting, and data-related tasks
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Guide Ti or similar CMMS/EAM systems
- Experience delivering customer training or workshops
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI
- Understanding of procurement or storeroom processes related to maintenance
- Familiarity with IoT or predictive maintenance concepts
