We're Hiring: In-Home Sales Consultant

Blinds Concept is a growing custom window treatment company serving Atlantic Canada, offering premium brands including Hunter Douglas, Graber, and Norman. We're looking for a personable, sales-driven In-Home Sales Consultant to visit customers in their homes, guide them through their window treatment options, and close the sale.

What You'll Do

- Visit customers' homes to consult on window treatment options and guide them toward the right products for their space and style
- Sell our products, building rapport and helping customers make confident decisions
- Measure windows accurately to prepare an estimate
- Prepare and send customers their quote/estimate by email
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and close the sale
- Bring measurement and order details back to the office and support light office work as needed

What We're Looking For
- A valid driver's license, with the ability to drive a company pickup truck




- A natural salesperson — comfortable building rapport and closing deals face-to-face
- Robust communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
- Attention to detail for accurate measurements and estimates
- Organized and reliable, comfortable with some follow-up and office tasks
- No prior experience in window treatments required — full training provided
