In your role as HR Transformation Lead, you will work closely with the Vice President of People & Culture. Your responsibilities will involve assessing existing HR processes, identifying operational strengths and weaknesses, and collaborating across departments to ensure effective Workday preparation. The aim is to deliver a streamlined, compliant, and productive HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and document HR processes across various functions • Identify process gaps and recommend compliant solutions • Maintain governance frameworks and standard operating procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment • Monitor adherence to documented controls and processes

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in HR or similar fields • 7+ years in HR transformation or related roles • Strong knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday • Experience in recruitment process optimization • Involvement in AI initiatives for HR improvements
