• Drive annual compensation planning and incentive structures • Manage quarterly performance and recognition evaluation • Oversee the job evaluation committee and HR compliance • Lead external vendor management for benefit-related programs • Analyze market trends and develop competitive compensation strategies
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields • More than 7 years of relevant experience, including management roles • Advanced skills in compensation analytics and HRIS tools • Insight into job structures and equity programs • Fluent English; proficiency in French beneficial
