Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily management of the Beauty Studio services • Support training and development of Beauty Advisors • Ensure efficient client reservation and check-in processes • Plan, organize, and staff in-store events • Conduct performance management and feedback sessions

Requirements: • 2-4 years of experience in a similar environment • Strong influencing and communication abilities • Skills in team building and development • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Comfort in fragrant environments
