Mission Public School District seeks a dedicated Inclusive Support Program Teacher for Grades K-6. This continuing role, starting September 8, 2026, involves integrating diverse learners into age-appropriate settings. The ISP Teacher will create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and implement specialized strategies tailored to each student’s educational, behavioral, and social goals, enhancing overall student success. Key Responsibilities:
- Write and manage IEPs as per Ministry guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers to provide differentiated instruction
- Act as consultant for academic and behavioral student challenges
- Engage with parents to achieve IEP goals
- Coordinate support staff for students' needs Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education and/or PDP required
- Experience with complex behavioral and cognitive needs
- Knowledge of developmental and learning disabilities
- Robust collaboration and communication skills
