Are you an experienced Industrial Painter looking to put your skills to work on large-scale custom steel fabrications?
Cambridge Pro Fab Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable Industrial Painter to join our growing manufacturing team at our facility in Paris, Ontario.
We are currently establishing a new in-house industrial paint shop and have invested in new spray equipment to support this growing part of our operation. This makes it an exciting time to join Cambridge Pro Fab and be part of building something new from the ground up.
Because industrial painting is a new area of our in-house operations, we are looking for experienced painters who can bring their knowledge, skills, and practical industry experience to the team. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, help establish strong painting practices, and play a role in developing our paint operation as it grows.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing coatings, and applying industrial protective coatings to structural steel and fabricated metal components. You will work with a variety of coating systems and be responsible for achieving the required finish and coating thickness while maintaining our quality and safety standards.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands industrial coating systems, and can identify and correct coating problems before work moves to the next stage of production.
Join Us During Our Growth
Cambridge Pro Fab is continuing to grow and expand our manufacturing operations at 6 Adams St. in Paris, Ontario.
For nearly 40 years, Cambridge Pro Fab has been producing custom steel fabrications for major industrial and power-generation projects. Our work is varied, challenging, and built to demanding quality standards.
The addition of our new in-house paint operation, along with our investment in new spray equipment, is another step in the continued growth of our capabilities. This is a great opportunity to join us at the beginning of something new, bring your experience to the table, and help us develop a strong, safe, and quality-focused paint department.
If you are looking for more than repetitive production painting and want to work on large, custom-fabricated steel projects, we want to hear from you.
